Message from the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Amid the dynamic changes in today’s global economic and social landscape, PTG continues to conduct its business with a strong commitment to achieving stable and sustainable growth under the vision of “Well-being and Contentedness.” In 2025, the Company remains focused on strengthening the Max World Ecosystem in a comprehensive manner, with an emphasis on expanding growth in the non-oil business segment across all dimensions of everyday life. These include the food and beverage business, led by the “Punthai Coffee” brand, which continues to expand its branch network and enhance product quality; the automotive maintenance service business “Siam Autobacs,” a Japanese-standard, one-stop automotive service and repair center; and the expansion into clean energy through the “Community Waste-to-Energy Power Plant” project. This initiative not only ensures stable income streams but also helps address waste management issues and improves the quality of life within local communities.

Excellence in Management and Corporate Governance

This year marks a year of pride and serves as clear evidence of the Company’s success in operating under the principles of good corporate governance. The Company has been recognized by the capital market through prestigious honors from the IAA Awards for Listed Companies 2025, receiving the “Outstanding CEO” award in the Petroleum Industry Group, reflecting strong leadership vision in driving sustainable organizational growth. In parallel, the Company was also honored with the “Outstanding Investor Relations” award, reaffirming the quality and transparency of its communication with investors.

Furthermore, the Company’s commitment to embedding “ESG DNA” as part of its corporate culture has resulted in a 5-star (Excellent) rating in the Corporate Governance Report (CGR), as well as a perfect score of 100 points in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) quality assessment on a consistent basis. These achievements underscore the Company’s transparent, accountable, and verifiable management standards. In addition, the Company has received the highest sustainability rating from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, SET ESG Rating: AAA. This recognition reinforces investor and capital market confidence that PTG’s growth is of high quality, responsible, and capable of creating long-term value for all stakeholders.

Enhancing the Quality of Life for Employees and Society

We firmly believe that “people” are at the heart of driving the organization toward sustainability. Our commitment to nurturing employees’ meaningful growth has led the Company to receive the Employer Branding Award from the HR Excellence Awards 2025 for the second consecutive year, affirming our success in building an organization that employees are proud to be part of.

With a strong internal foundation, we are well positioned to extend positive impact to society at large. Guided by the principles of respect for human rights and equality, the Company has been honored with the Human Rights Awards as well as the Leader of Social Award from the Future Trends Awards. These recognitions clearly reflect our commitment to creating genuine shared value for Thai society.

Environmental Mission and Greenhouse Gas Management

To achieve carbon neutrality, the Company has implemented proactive measures that have successfully led to the registration of three key projects under Thailand’s Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER). These projects include:

  1. Solar Rooftop Power Generation Project: Aimed at increasing the proportion of clean energy usage at 138 service stations nationwide.
  2. Mangrove Reforestation for Carbon Credits Project: Focused on ecosystem restoration and expanding carbon sequestration areas, covering 90.05 rai in Krabi Province.
  3. Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) Rice Cultivation Project: A sustainable agricultural innovation that helps reduce methane emissions while increasing farmers’ income, covering 500 rai in Suphan Buri Province.
The achievements realized this year serve as a key driving force motivating us to continue moving forward without pause.
